Weetbix Slice

If you are like me and love both weetbix and breakfast then this is the slice for you!! These weetbix bars are filled with so many good ingredients that make for the perfect snack or to have as a breakfast bar. They also take no time at all! All you need is a bowl and spoon to mix it all together and then you leave it to set in the fridge. Easy!


These are filled with weetbix, oats, coconut, almond butter and maple syrup to create the best



Ingredients:

- 5 weetbix

- 1/2 cup quick oats

- 1/2 cup shredded coconut

- 1 cup smooth peanut butter

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1 tsp cinnamon

- 1/3 coconut butter/creamed coconut, melted

- 3 tbsp coconut sugar

- 2 tbsp almond milk



Instructions:

1. Begin by crushing up your weetbix into a bowl. Once crushed, add in the rest of your dry ingredients and mix together.

2. Add your wet ingredients into the bowl (adding the milk last) and mix together well (I used my hands to ensure everything was evenly mixed/coated).

3. Press your mixture tightly into a dish and set in the fridge for around half an hour. Slice into your desired size and keep them stored in the fridge.
