Salted Caramel Crumble Slice

Salted caramel is one of my favourite flavours so it's no surprise that i love this slice but i can guarantee you will too!

Ingredients:
Base:
- 2 cups almond meal (ground up almonds)
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/3 cup almond butter (or your nut butter of choice)
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Cashew Crumble:
- 1 1/2 cups roasted cashews
- 2 tsp maca powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 - 3/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
Mix all of your base ingredients together, either in a big bowl or using a blender. Once combined, press the mixture into a lined dish and place in the fridge
Using a blender/food processor, pulse all the cashew crumble ingredients together until the nuts are slightly broken up and everything is combined. Press this onto the top of your base and place back in the fridge to set.
Cut into squares/bars and keep stored in an airtight container in the fridge. Enjoy!
