Chilli Turmeric Scrambled Eggs

If you're looking for an easy and delicious breakfast than this is the one for you!

Ingredients:

- 2 eggs

- Dash of milk (I used oat but any will work!) - 1/2 tsp turmeric

- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes

- Bread of choice to serve on

- Any extras! I Used avocado and alfalfa sprouts!

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk your eggs, milk, turmeric and chilli together

  2. Prepare your toast and toppings

  3. Heat a pan on a low heat and pour your egg mixture in. Gently fold together your eggs while they cook until your desired consistency.

  4. Once cooked, assemble your plate with your toast, eggs and toppings. Enjoy!
