Protein Balls

One of the best snacks to have in the house and on the go!!! These ones are delicious and packed full of goodness - helping you to power through the day! Enjoy!

Ingredients:

- 1 cup almond meal

- 1/2 cup vanilla pea protein powder

- 1/2 cup almond butter (or any other nut butter)

- 3 tbsp maple syrup

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 2 tbsp water

- 100g chocolate of your choice, melted

Instructions:

  1. Add the almond meal and protein to a large mixing bowl and mix to combine

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until a dough forms

  3. Roll this mixture into balls and set aside

  4. Melt your chocolate. Once melted, coat your balls in it and place in the fridge to set.

  5. Keep stored in an airtight container (either in a cool place or the fridge) and enjoy!
