I have always loved having medjool dates dipped in nut butter dates as a little snack or for dessert but thought i would try and mix things up a bit! These snicker date bites are honestly next level and are worth the extra time making them!! I also find i don't crave eating the whole lot of them since one of them is sweet enough! Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients:
- Medjool dates (I used 9)
- 9 roasted peanuts + 1/4 cup crushed roasted peanuts
- 1 tsp of peanut butter per date
- 80g dark chocolate, melted

Instructions:
1. Begin by de-pipping your medjool dates by slicing down the middle of middle and pulling out the pip, making sure the date is not cut in half and just had a little opening.
2. Put a tsp of peanut butter in each date (or more if you want/depending on the size of the date) along with 1 peanut for some extra crunch!
3. Once you have filled all of your dates, place them in the fridge to harden.
4. While your dates are hardening, melt your chocolate and mix your crushed peanuts into this mix. Coat each date in this mixture and place back in the fridge or freezer to set!
These are super yummy and the perfect little sweet treat to have on hand! If you give the recipe a go make sure to take a photo and share it on Instagram, tagging me at @shannons.plate !
