Chocolate overload! This decadent recipe is easy to make, doesn't require many ingredients and definitely leaves you feeling satisfied after a piece! Make sure to give it a go!

Ingredients:
Brownie:
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1 cup medjool dates (around 10), soaked in boiling water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Choc ganache:
- 80g dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup coconut cream

Instructions:
1. Using a high speed blender or food processor, blend your almonds, cashews and cacao power until they break down into a flour-like consistency.
2. Add in your soaked dates and vanilla extract and blend until everything is combined and sticky dough is formed. Press this mixture into a lined tray and place in the fridge
3. To make your ganache, place the coconut cream into a pot and heat on the stovetop. Once simmering, remove from the heat and add the chocolate into the pot. Allow it to sit for a minute or two before stirring. Once they are combined, leave the mixture to cool for 5 minutes before adding on top of your raw brownie. Place back into the fridge for half an hour or until the chocolate layer has set. Cut into your desired sized squares and enjoy!
