Peanut butter, Raspberry & Apple Breakfast Cookies

Quite a handful of a name but these breakfast cookies are full of so many yummy and nourishing ingredients! Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day and i lpve to have a big meal but these cookies are great if you're in a rush, needing something extra or just as a snack throughout the day to keep you going!
These cookies are full of oats, cinnamon, banana, peanut butter, apple, raspberries, goji berries, pumpkin seeds and flaxseed meal! These are all perfect breakfast foods and these cookies will definitely give you a nice boost for the day.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 large banana, mashed
- 1/2 apple, chopped
- 3/4 cup raspberries
- 1 tbsp flaxseed meal + 3 tbsp of water to create a flax 'egg'
- 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp goji berries
- 4 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius
2. Simply combine all of your ingredients together in a bowl (starting by mashing your banana)
3. Shape your mixture into cookies and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes
