Hot Cross Bun Bliss Balls

Another bliss ball recipe! This time Easter style! These bliss balls are absolutely delicious - the perfect texture with added raisins and a nut butter cross on top! These have already been and will continue to be on repeat over Easter!

Ingredients

- 1 cup roasted walnuts

- 1/2 cup roasted almonds

- 1/4 cup almond butter

- 6 large medjool dates, softened

- 1 1/2 tsp mixed spice

- 1 tsp cinnamon

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- Small handful of raisins to mix in at the end


Cross

- Around 1 tbsp of smooth peanut butter

Instructions

1. Using a high speed blender or food processor, blend together the walnuts, almonds, mixed spice and cinnamon until broken down into a flour like consistency

2. Next add in the rest of your ingredients (besides the raisins) and blend until everything is fully combined and a sticky dough as formed. Using a spoon, mix in your raisins

3. Roll your mixture into balls. Keep stored in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer. Enjoy!
