Ginger Raspberry Bliss Balls

Back again with another yummy bliss ball recipe! I honestly love creating new flavours so much and pretty much create a new one each week. So this week here is a recipe for ginger raspberry ones. I love this flavour combo so much and i know it may sound weird to some people but you won't regret giving it a go - trust me!

Ingredients:
- 1 cup roasted cashews
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup runny almond butter
- 5-6 soft medjool dates
- 2 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup freeze dried raspberries

Instructions:
1. Add your dry ingredients into the blender/food processor (cashews, rolled oats, ginger powder and cinnamon) and blend until everything is mixed together and ground up.
2. Add in the wet ingredients now (almond butter, dates and vanilla extract) and blend until everything is evenly combined.
3. Mix in your freeze dried raspberries. Now get rolling! I got 11 bliss balls! Keep them stored in the fridge and enjoy!
