Fudgy Brownies

I've never really been one to make brownies (besides from a box when i was younger!) but after making these bad boys i don't think i can go back - they are delicious! They are fudgy on the inside and perfectly crispy on the edges! They are also pretty easy to make and the clean up is the best part (licking the bowl and spoon of course haha). I hope yu enjoy!

Ingredients:
- 1 cup buckwheat flour
- 1/3 cup cacao powder
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- 250g dark chocolate
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup + 3 tbsp almond milk
Instructions:
1. Pre heat your oven to 180 degrees celsius
2. In a large mixing bowl, mix together your buckwheat flour, cacao powder, coconut sugar, baking powder and salt.
3. Melt your chocolate and coconut oil together and add this to your dry mixture along with the eggs, vanilla extract and almond milk. Mix until everything is combined
4. Press your mixture into a lined baking tray and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. When done, allow it to cool fully before cutting it up! Enjoy!
