I am back with another nut butter recipe because i am absolutely obsessed and have nut butter every day and multiple times a day haha. Almond butter would have to be my favourite nut butter and i LOVE coffee so thought i would combine the two! Nut butters can take some time to make but this recipe is so worth it and makes up a decent sized jar!

Ingredients:
- 2 cups roasted almonds
- 2 tsp coffee granules (I used Moccona Coffee)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup - Pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Place the almonds into a food processor and blend until smooth. Scrap down the sides every so often. This will take a while so be patient!
2. Add in your coffee, maple syrup and salt and continue to blend until everything is combined and the mixture has turned into runny almond butter. Store in a jar and keep in the pantry! Enjoy!
This almond butter is a nice way to mix things up so let me know over on Instagram at @shannons.plate if you give this recipe a go!
