It's almost that time of the year again ... back to uni! Overnight oats are my absolute go to during uni just because of how easy, yet yummy they are! And this flavour is so so good - i think it will be on repeat a lot (even when i'm not at uni)! I hope you enjoy it as much as i do!

Ingredients:

- 1/3 cup rolled oats

- 1 tbsp chia seeds

- 2 tsp cacao powder

- 3/4 cup almond milk (or soy, coconut, oat)

- 1 tbsp vanilla yoghurt (i used The Clean Collective Skyr vanilla bean yoghurt)

- Optional: dash of maple syrup

- Optional: cacao nibs and raisins

Instructions:

1. In a jar mix together your rolled oats, chia seeds and cacao powder, ensuring that there are no lumps

2. Pour in your almond milk and vanilla yoghurt and extras if using and mix until everything is well combined

3. Place a lid on top of your jar and store in the fridge overnight

4. The next morning, either pour the oats into a bowl or have them in the jar is you are taking them on the go. Top with whatever toppings you like. My favourites are more yogurt, banana, granola and nut butter! Enjoy!
