This is such a quick and easy slice to make, and of course is absolutely delicious! You can also mix it up if you want by using any other nut butter, making it a protein bar by subbing the cacao for your choice of protein or you can even make them into bliss balls! Either way - they are going to be delicious!

Ingredients:

- 1 cup almond meal

- 1/2 cup walnuts

- 1/4 cup cacao powder

- 1/2 cup almond butter

- 5 large medjool dates (make sure they are soft)

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/4 cup cacao nibs

- 100g dark chocolate, melted

Instructions:

1. Firstly, blend your almond meal, walnuts and cacao powder together in blender/food processor.

2. Once everything is ground up and there are no large chunks, add in the almond butter, dates and vanilla extract. Blend until combined. Now mix in the cacao nibs.

3. Press this mixture into a lined tin/dish about 2cm high. Place in the fridge.

4. Melt your dark chocolate and pour on top of your slice. Place back in the fridge or freezer until set. Once set, cut into squares and keep stored in the fridge. Enjoy!
