This slice has been a crowed favourite with my friends and family! It's super light, moist and perfectly sweet with the delicious addition of choc chips!

Ingredients:

- 2 medium to large bananas, mashed

- 1 cup oat flour

- 1 large egg

- 2 tbsp maple syrup

- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

- 1 tsp cinnamon

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/2 tsp baking power

- 1/2 tsp baking soda

- Pinch of salt

- Handful of choc chips (or cut up dark chocolate)

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius

2. In a large mixing bowl, mix together your oat flour, cinnamon, baking power, baking soda and salt

3. In a seperate bowl, mash your banana and mix with the wet ingredients (egg, maple syrup, melted coconut oil and vanilla extract). Add this mixture to your dry bowl and mix until everything is combined. Stir in your chocolate chips at the end

4. Add to a baking dish (I used a square one that i use for brownies) and place in the oven for 20 - 25 minutes or until baked through and golden. Allow to cool in the tin for at least 10 minutes before moving to a cooling wire. Cut into squares once completely cooled.
