I basically make everything into bliss balls so here you have ANZAC bliss balls! These are absolutely delicious and both smell and taste pretty similar to the real thing! Made with oats, coconut, nuts, cinnamon, and dates for sweetness. Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients:

- 1 cup rolled oats

- 1/3 cup desiccated coconut

- 1/3 cup almonds or cashews (roasted ones work really good!)

- 1/4 cup almond butter

- 7-8 medjool dates (make sure they are soft so that they blend well!)

- 1 tsp cinnamon

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- Pinch of salt

- 1 tbsp water

Instructions:

1. Using a high speed blender or food processor, blend together your oats, coconut, almonds or cashews and cinnamon until everything is ground up and combined

2. Add in the rest of your ingredients (besides the water) and blend until a dough is formed. Add in your water at the end if needed to help things stick.

3. Roll your mixture unto balls and keep stored in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer. Enjoy!
