Afghan Bliss Balls

Actually obsessed with how these turned out!!! Taste exactly like afghans and are the best fudgey texture! The cornflakes and melted chocolate pair perfectly with the bliss ball mixture and add even more flavour and texture. I hope you love them as much as i do!

Ingredients:
1 cup roasted walnuts + extra to top
1/2 cup roasted hazelnuts
1/4 cup cacao powder
1/4 cup almond butter
7 medjool dates
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 - 1/2 cup cornflakes
40g dark chocolate, melted
Instructions:
1. Using a food processor or high speed blender, blend your walnuts, hazelnuts and cacao powder together until broken down into a flour like consistency (chunks of them are okay! Gives it more texture!)
2. Next add the almond butter, dates and vanilla extract. Blend until everything is combined and a sticky dough forms. Mix in your cornflakes at the end with a spoon, breaking them up a little
3. Roll this mixture into balls. Melt your chocolate and drizzle on top of your balls. Press a walnut onto the melted chocolate as seen in the photos. Keep stored in an air tight container in the fridge or freezer
